Before coming to Samford, Ada attended Alan C. Pope High School where she was a member of chorus, National Honor Society, FCA, Habitat for Humanity, and A Capella Choir. She served as director of A Capella Choir, worship leader for FCA, Miss Panache 2019 for Habitat for Humanity, and section leader for chorus. In her free time, Ada was a nanny every day after school and a tutor 2 days a week. Ada also enjoyed volunteering to lead worship and bible study at Mt. Bethel UMC, and was very involved in both choir and ensemble at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church. While at Samford, Ada is studying Christian Ministry and Spanish in order to pursue a career in missions and church leadership after attending Seminary.
