While at Samford, William serves as an SGA Class Officer as well as an officer in his fraternity. William is involved with Samford School of the Arts, playing with the Samford Orchestra as a keyboardist and percussionist. In 2022, William won Samford’s Concerto Competition and had the opportunity to play as a piano soloist with Samford’s Orchestra. Along with his involvement in School of the Arts, William is also a research student, participating in projects within Samford’s Chemistry Department as well as international projects. Currently, William is a co-author of a research article on Gestational Diabetes, having conducted statistical analyses on patient data from London. William recently traveled to Israel with the Samford Department of Religious Studies to participate in the Shikhin Excavation Project, earning a certification in field archaeology. After graduation, William plans to continue building his clinical experiences with aspirations to attend Medical School or pursue a graduate degree in Biomedical Sciences.
