Prior to coming to Samford, Ellie attended Hinsdale Central High School where she was in National Honor Society, Head of Photography and Head Editor for El Diablo Yearbook, as well as President of the French Club. She was also the Youth Representative for her youth group, Youth Missions Organization at Grace Episcopal Church. While attending Samford, Ellie intends to study Nursing. After graduation, Ellie plans to earn her masters in Pediatric Oncology Nursing, and hopes to someday be a Doctor of Nursing.
