Captain Willis C. Crouch IV is an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies at Samford University. He commissioned in 2017 after serving 13 years as an enlisted Security Forces Defender and Contracting professional. Since then, he has held a variety of contracting and acquisition leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief of Acquisition Operations at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

Captain Crouch has deployed multiple times in support of operations in Iraq and Afghanistan and has also supported exercises in the Indo-Pacific region. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trident University International and a Master of Business Administration in Acquisition and Contract Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
