Jenée Spencer is the Director of Diversity Education and Development for the Office of Diversity and Intercultural Initiatives. Her primary responsibilities include the coordination of office programming, working with culturally diverse student organizations and community groups, oversight of the IMPACT Peer Mentoring Program and the Minority Youth Science Academy, and developing and facilitating various diversity and inclusion education sessions throughout the Samford community. She advises Black Student Union and serves as the Junior Chair for Membership and Recruitment in the Samford University Legacy League.
Jenée has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing as well as Master of Science in Education in Educational Leadership: Policy, Organizations, and Leadership from Samford University. She also received a certification in Diversity and Inclusion Leadership and Development from Cornell University.
