Scott specializes in family practice and acute care.

He attended Auburn University where he got a bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, followed up with a degree in Nursing as an RN. After working for 12 years as an RN in ICU's and in Home Health Care, he went on to receive his masters in nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Scott lives with his wife Laura and their three children in the Birmingham 280 area.
