Chandra Splond joined the Registrar’s Office in 2025. She previously worked in
Samford’s division of marketing and communication where she handled email
marketing for the campus. She received her bachelor’s degree in journalism from
The University of Alabama and her master’s degree in instructional design and
technology from Samford. Chandra is a 2019 recipient of the Orlean Beeson School
of Education Learning for Life award and has one daughter.
