Dear December 2020 graduates,

We are pleased to inform you the university has decided to host a virtual commencement ceremony in honor of our December graduates. The event will be released on Saturday, December 12 p.m. through the  university's commencement website.  The ceremony will remain available for your viewing through the end of January.

The virtual commencement ceremony will include all the elements of an in-person ceremony including a commencement address and a reading of each graduate’s name, including those with Latin honors.  In early December, we will provide you with a virtual invitation and program so that you may invite family and friends to join in your celebration.

As explained in our initial email to you on September 21, we also invite you to participate in the May 2021 commencement ceremonies in person.  We will provide you with additional details about the May ceremonies in February.

If you have not already done so, please order your regalia directly from Oak Hill no later than November 15 and it will be mailed directly to the address you specify at no charge.  You also will receive your diploma at the address you prefer.

The Class of 2020 will always be very special to us and this university. We regret the many ways that COVID-19 impacted your final semesters and this important milestone in your lives, but we are immensely proud of your accomplishments and the extraordinary resiliency you have demonstrated.

We look forward to celebrating with you virtually in December, and hope you will make plans to join us.

All the Best,

Jay Flynn
