BIRMINGHAM---John Piper, pastor for preaching at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Minneapolis, Minn., will deliver the Reformation Heritage Lectures sponsored by Samford University's Beeson Divinity School Nov. 1-3.

Dr. Piper will lecture at 11 a.m. each day in Samford's A. Gerow Hodges Chapel. His topic will be: "The Divine Majesty of the Word through the Voices of Luther, Calvin and Jeremiah."

A specialist in New Testament studies, Dr. Piper has taught biblical studies at Bethel College in St. Paul, Minn. He has been senior pastor at the Minneapolis church since 1980 and is the author of Recovering Biblical Manhood and Womanhood. 

Registration is $100, which includes all three lectures and a luncheon discussion on Wednesday, Nov. 2.
