Samford's soccer Bulldogs won the Southern Conference regular season championship with a 1-0 victory over Mercer University Oct. 26 at the Samford Track and Soccer Complex. The Bulldogs will be the top seed in the SoCon tournament and will host a quarterfinal match Nov. 1 against either The Citadel or VMI.
