Due to the threat of severe weather in the Birmingham area, Samford University is closed as of 1 p.m. today (April 29).
Employees and students should take appropriate precautions. Updates will be communicated through official Samford communication outlets, including the university's website, social media, local media, the RAVE emergency alert system and the weather emegency hotline (205-726-4636).
