Major: Political Science and Spanish
Hometown: Lagrange, GeorgiaPrior to coming to Samford, Bailey was a member of Thespian Society, National Honor Society, and the 4.0 Booster Club at Lagrange High School. He was also a member of the Lagrange Youth City Council, the Ministry Lead at First Baptist Church for the Nonprofit Ministry Safe Families for Children, and a worship leader for his youth group. At Samford, Bailey is pursuing a double major in Political Science and Spanish. He is on the Multicultural Affairs Committee, serves as Samford Senate Secretary, and has started his own disability advocacy student organization called DREAM. Bailey is also a member of Alpha Lambda Delta, Spanish Club, Entre Nous (Staff Writer), as well as Samford Democrats. Bailey is currently interning with the Children's Aid Society of Alabama and volunteering with Dawson Baptist Church's ESL program. Upon graduation, Bailey hopes to continue his service through joining the Peace Corps.
