Join the Office of Spiritual Life for a retreat designed to foster friendships, generate fun and encourage spiritual growth. You can sign up on Banner to secure your spot and the $50 retreat fee will be charged to your student account. September 1-2

Join us for 24 hours of true retreat from the noise and hurry of typical campus life. Take this opportunity to pause, reflect and BREATHE after a hectic start to the spring semester. This is a wonderful time for prayer, conversation and rest that will surely leave you energized and encouraged.

Global Missions

GO GLOBAL

GO GLOBAL is a missions event co-sponsored by Office of Spiritual Life and the Beeson Divinity Global Center. The event takes place each fall semester. Mission agencies visit campus to set up displays and to talk with interested students about ways to get connected to their organizations. In addition, special guests will speak in campus worship and lead breakout sessions through the week addressing a wide variety of mission related topics.

GO GLOBAL Missions Emphasis will be held this year on September 26-28, 2016, in various campus locations.

The Frances Marlin Mann Center for Ethics and Leadership’s mission is to promote the moral development of Samford students; to serve as a center of teaching excellence; to foster a university culture that values productive, moral discourse; to amplify other Samford initiatives in ethics and leadership; and to engage the professional and business communities for mutual learning and the advancement of ethical values and practices.
