Mara is a Junior Journalism and Mass Communication major from Plano, Texas. This is Mara’s third year serving on SAC. She was a committee member for two years before stepping into the role of Director of Membership. When asked what she loves about SAC, Mara said, “SAC is the behind the scenes of many traditions and events that bring Samford’s campus together, and I love getting to be a small part of fostering this sense of community and togetherness across campus.” A fun fact about Mara is that she’s right handed but left footed!
