Operations and Planning is a unit under the division of Business and Financial Affairs. It includes: Facilities Management, Capital Planning and Improvement, and Events Management. Jeff Poleshek is the Associate Vice President for Operations, Planning, and Construction.
Capital Planning and Improvement
This office is responsible for construction and renovation projects on campus. Jeff Poleshek is the director of capital planning and improvement.
This office guides Samford employees, students and external groups through the proper channels for planning an event at Samford University. Allison Brymer is the director of event management.
University facilities are operated and maintained by the Samford University Office of Facilities Management, under the direction of Jeff Poleshek.
