It includes: Facilities Management, Capital Planning and Improvement, Public Safety and Emergency Management, Parking and Transportation, Sustainability and Events Management. Kim Brown is the Associate Vice President for Operations and Strategic Initiatives.

This office is responsible for construction and renovation projects on campus. Jeff Poleshek is the director of capital planning and improvement.
