The Equipping the Called Leadership Program is a six-month, self-paced, online course designed specifically for clergy and lay leaders serving in rural and small-town churches. Grounded in systems thinking and theological insights, this program equips you with practical tools to nurture your spiritual formation, strengthen key relationship, and foster lasting community impact. Upon completion, participants may submit a proposal for funding, up to $3,000, based on content material to support congregational ministries. Program launches on Sept 1. 2025. Journey Toward Thriving is the culmination of the CCR’s Churches Calibrating to Thrive initiative. This workbook reviews three essential elements for congregational thriving: consider rapidly changing social and cultural contexts; clarify mission and values; and leverage proven Christian practices for adapting ministry efforts to meet the needs of changing contexts.
