Classes are open to anyone and meet in Seibert Gym. If you need directions come to the Campus Rec office. All classes are free and spots will be limited so please come early. Once the room is filled, the door will be closed. The full class schedule is listed below.

CoreBarre is your “all in one” fitness class utilizing the elements of strength training with light to medium weights, barre toning, and aerobic dance to work the whole body in just one hour. No dance experience required! The moves are easy to learn and based on the most effective principles of exercise conditioning. Set to upbeat current music, our ever-changing classes use a variety of fitness tools to keep body and mind engaged. Progressive movement and options ensure that you control the level of your challenge. Taught by experienced local instructors Melissa and Ellyn. Maximize your workout time with this fun fusion class. Samford Cycle

Get ready to sweat and party on the bike. Samford Cycle is a 60 minute cardio cycle class. You can expect a mixture of speed intervals, resistance climbs, surges and strength/endurance work. This is an intense class but all fitness levels are welcome. Just get ready to show up, work hard and have a great time cycling to some jams!
