Classes are open to anyone and meet in Seibert Gym. If you need directions come to the Campus Rec office. All classes are free and spots will be limited so please come early. Once the room is filled, the door will be closed. The full class schedule is listed below.

Not your typical workout, Pound combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with drumming. Pound uses weighted drumsticks (called Ripstix) to create a full-body toning experience that you’ll love. Each class fuses Pilates, isometric movements, and pylometrics to sculpt muscle and torch up to 900 calories per hour. If you’re not exactly musically inclined, don’t worry- the routines are simple to follow and set to calibrated songs so you can get the rhythm down easily.


CoreBarre is your “all in one” fitness class utilizing the elements of strength training with light to medium weights, barre toning, and aerobic dance to work the whole body in just one hour. No dance experience required! The moves are easy to learn and based on the most effective principles of exercise conditioning. Set to upbeat current music, our ever-changing classes use a variety of fitness tools to keep body and mind engaged. Progressive movement and options ensure that you control the level of your challenge. Taught by experienced local instructors Melissa and Ellyn. Maximize your workout time with this fun fusion class. This program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: we want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. This is an absolute blast of one hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!


CycleBar offers a low impact, high intensity, rhythm-based workout with a mix of strength, endurance, challenges, hills and drill.

Cardio Sport

Cardio Sport is a high-energy sports-inspired class. Athletic aerobic movements combined with strength and stabilization will take you through this challenging but FUN class! You will reach two cardio peaks and burn hundreds of calories in just 55 minutes!
